Samantha (Sami) is a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern, trained and experienced in providing individual counseling to children, adolescents, and adults. Samantha specializes in counseling for a variety of issues including: behavioral concerns, anxiety, depression, anger management, ADHD, oppositional defiant disorder, and relationship/marriage issues. Samantha’s evidenced-based treatment approaches include: Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Play Therapy Interventions, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
In addition to her work as a counselor, Samantha provides coaching for student athletes and individuals interested in health and wellness. Sami is a wellness coach committed to empowering individuals to achieve optimal health and well-being. Driven by a deep-rooted passion for holistic wellness, Sami believes in addressing the mind, body, and spirit to create lasting positive change. In her free time, Samantha enjoys boating, playing with her dog, and hanging out with friends.
