Marsha Oxamendi, LCSW
Marsha is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) who is trained and experienced in providing counseling and therapy for individuals, families, couples, children, adolescents, and adults. Marsha specializes in gerontology, anger management, & grief counseling.
Marsha also has extensive training in the areas of substance abuse, co-occurring disorders, interpersonal violence, and domestic violence. Marsha treatment approaches include: Positive Psychology, Solution-Focused Therapy, Polyvagal Theory, and Motivational Interviewing. Marsha has completed a certification in gerontology and loves serving the aging population.
Marsha is also certified to provide consultation and supervision to undergraduate and graduate students in the field of Social Work as a Qualified Supervisor through the Florida Mental Health Licensure Service. Lastly, Marsha is an adjunct instructor for the Florida State University College of Social Work.
